Glenn Maxwell has stated that he will ‘play in the IPL until he can’t walk anymore.’

During the recent Cricket World Cup, Australia’s all-rounder Glenn Maxwell displayed what he can do to bowling units without footwork, and has announced that he will play his last match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) after retiring from other forms of the game.
Maxwell told reporters on Wednesday, “I will play the IPL until I can’t walk anymore, so it will probably be the last tournament I ever play.”
Next, Maxwell talked about his bond with the IPL tournament and how it has benefited him greatly as a player.

“That’s just the best learning experience anyone could ask for,” said Glenn Maxwell.
Hopefully, many of our Aussie players will be able to work in slightly similar conditions to West Indies, where it’s a bit drier and spins,” Maxwell said.

Maxwell joined the Delhi Daredevils in 2012 and has been a crucial member of the IPL since then. Following the auction, he went on to be a record-breaking, important buy, with the Mumbai Indians breaking the bank and spending $1 million to bring him on board. Before joining RCB, he was a player for the Kings XI Punjab team as well.
